How it works:

The MEGASORB® Container Desiccant Pole is designed for simplicity and effectiveness. But first, let’s understand the problem it solves:

How Moisture Condensation "Container Rain" Occurs

Inside a sealed shipping container, temperature fluctuations are common during transit—especially on ocean voyages or cross-country hauls. Warm, humid air enters the container during loading or gets trapped inside from the cargo itself (e.g., wooden pallets or organic goods). As the container travels through varying climates—hot days to cold nights—the warm air cools. When the temperature drops below the dew point, the moisture in the air condenses into water droplets. These droplets form on the container’s ceiling and walls, eventually dripping onto your cargo as "container rain." This can lead to mold growth, rust, and damaged goods.

MEGASORB® to the Rescue
Here’s how MEGASORB® stops this process:

  1. Hang It Up: Attach the pole to the hooks inside your shipping container.

  2. Absorb Moisture: MEGASORB® actively pulls water vapor from the air before it can condense, keeping humidity levels low throughout the journey.

  3. Arrive Dry: Your cargo stays safe from condensation, mold, and corrosion

With its high-capacity desiccant formula, MEGASORB® traps moisture before it becomes a problem, making it the ideal choice for exporters, shippers, and logistics professionals worldwide.
